Druid Circle of Iron

$1.99

Druids of the Circle of Iron reject the stereotypical exclusion of metal. Embracing iron as any natural element such as wood, hide or plant, the Circle of Iron gladly wades into battle clad in heavy armor with weapon in hand. These druids prefer melee combat and tap into the earth to reinforce their martial prowess.

Often ill-regarded by more traditional druids, these warriors tend be aggressive in defending the wilds and enacting nature’s will. While all alignments are welcome in the Circle of Iron, neutral and evil druids are common among their ranks.

Feature Sneak Peek

Metallic Form

2nd-level Circle of Iron feature

As you develop your bond with the earth, you gain an additional use for your Wild Shape. As a bonus action, you can expend a use of your Wild Shape feature to take on a metallic form, rather than transforming into a beast.

While in your metallic form, your skin takes on the appearance of iron scales, liquid steel or another similar cosmetic effect. The form lasts for 10 minutes. It ends early if you dismiss it (no action required), are incapacitated, die or use this feature again.

Whenever you assume your metallic form, you gain the following benefits while in the form:

• You gain temporary hit points equal to 10 + your druid level.

• You gain a +1 bonus to your AC.

• When you hit a creature with a weapon, you can deal extra damage to the target equal to your Wisdom modifier.
